Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Master Control (the “Service”), operated by Dyson Swarm Technologies (“we”, “us”). By starting a trial or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Operator note: confirm Dyson Swarm Technologies’ jurisdiction of incorporation and add a governing-law/venue clause before relying on this document. This template describes how the Service actually behaves; it is not a substitute for review by counsel.

1. What the Service does

Master Control provides an AI “Mind” that visually scans your live product, optionally reads a code repository you connect, discusses your product with you, and — when you enable it — proposes changes by opening pull requests on a repository you have authorized. The Mind never merges code or pushes to your default branch; you review and merge every change yourself.

2. Trials, plans & billing

Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start; nothing is charged during the trial.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): a one-time charge of $3,000 USD is made at the end of the 14-day trial unless you cancel before it ends. No recurring subscription.
Managed Starter ($99/mo) and Managed Pro ($299/mo): billed monthly beginning at the end of the 14-day trial unless you cancel before it ends.
You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to connect any website or code repository you authorize.
On BYOK, you provide your own Anthropic API key and are responsible for that key’s usage and spend.
You are responsible for reviewing any pull request before merging it. You remain the author of record for what ships to your product.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to access another customer’s data or Mind. We may suspend access for misuse.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” The Mind’s suggestions and pull requests are proposals, not professional advice, and you are responsible for what you merge and ship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
