Refund & Cancellation

We want the trial to be genuinely risk-free. Here is exactly how billing and cancellation work, in plain language.
The 14-day free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a payment card to begin, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
When you’re charged
- Bring Your Own Key: a single $3,000 USD charge at the end of the 14-day trial. One-time, no subscription.
- Managed Starter / Pro: your first monthly charge ($99 or $299) at the end of the trial, then monthly until you cancel.
How to cancel
Email ford.genereaux@dysonswarmtechnologies.com before your trial ends and we will cancel it — no charge. For Managed plans, you can cancel any time; you keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be billed again.
Refunds
- Managed plans: if you’re charged for a monthly period and contact us within 7 days of that charge, we’ll refund it, provided the account hasn’t been used abusively.
- Bring Your Own Key (one-time $3,000): because this unlocks a perpetual license, refunds are considered case-by-case within 14 days of the charge. Reach out — we’d rather make it right than leave you unhappy.
- We don’t refund third-party model spend on your own Anthropic key (BYOK), since that’s billed to you directly by Anthropic.
