Master Control
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
This policy explains what data Master Control (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and how we handle it. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
What we collect
- Account & billing: your email, optional company name, and a Stripe customer/payment reference. Card details are held by Stripe, not us.
- Product data you connect: the URL you ask the Mind to scan, screenshots it captures of your live pages, and — if you connect a repository — the code it reads to propose changes.
- Conversations: the messages between you and your Mind, so it can remember context and improve its understanding of your product.
- Operational logs: basic technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: scan your product, run your Mind, and open pull requests you authorize.
- To process billing through Stripe.
- To secure the Service and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data. Each customer’s project, conversations, and connected repositories are isolated from other customers.
Third parties (sub-processors)
- Anthropic — the model that powers the Mind. On BYOK plans this runs on your own key.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our hosting/infrastructure providers — to run the application and database.
- GitHub — when you connect a repository, via a GitHub App you install and can revoke at any time.
Code & repository data
When the Mind opens a pull request it works on a short-lived clone of the repository you authorized and pushes only to its own branch. It does not retain your full source after the task, and it never merges or pushes to your default branch. See our Security overview.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your project data by emailing us; we will action it within a reasonable period, subject to records we must retain for legal/accounting reasons.
